- Assist with general painting tasks
- masking interior and exterior painting projects
- backrolling interior painting
- cut and roll painted walls
- assist with general deployment of jobs
- learn millwork prep
- spackle/fill
- sand
- caulking
- other misc. skills
- Display professionalism:
- build and maintain grip of painting tools
- wear appropriate clothing
- demonstrate punctuality and consistency
- maintain neat appearance
The essential goal of the painter’s helper is to support the technicians and leads on the job in finishing jobs in a quality manner on time and budget.
