- Make judgment calls on jobsite as to what level of detail is necessary
- Ensure company policies and standards are performed to in the field
- Quality Control
- Inform Superintendant of job progress
- Job site safety
- Temporarily be able to fill the role of a lead painter

- Mask, cut, roll and spray efficiently and at production rates
- Field cleaning of spray equipment
- Production on job site
- Time Card
