Duties include brush, roll/backroll, millwork prep and other misc. tasks in the painting field.
Technician: Job Description
Includes above duties, but adds specialized tasks such as spraying exteriors, millwork spray, stain and laquer, epoxies, and other technical production techniques.
Lead Painter. Job Description
Includes both the above, but adds responsibilities of tracking production budgets, writing daily reports, van maintenance, job site safety, worker supervision, and enforcement of industry painting standards.
