Protection of Unpainted Surfaces
We use drop cloths to protect your floors and carpets. We can assist with moving furniture or other large items. If large items are not moved, clean drops cloths or clear plastics are used to cover them. Smaller items should be removed by the owner to ensure their safe keeping. Outlet, light switch plates and other hardware items are removed or masked off.
Preparation of Surface
Thorough preparation is essential for quality interior painting. Common interior prep items are:
- repairing of small holes, nicks, and dings in walls.
- caulking cracks where necessary
- extra cleaning of walls (if required)
- larger repairs involving drywall, tape and texture
