What should you expect if you hire us to paint the interior of your house?
An Introduction
The foreman for the job will introduce himself and the crew to you.
Confirmation of Scope
The foreman comes to your project with the full scope of your project. He will confirm this scope of work with you at the beginning of the project. If you want to modify the scope, the foreman can do that onsite…if the foreman feels it is outside his limits, he will contact our office for support.
Execution of Scope.
At TOPCO Phillipps, Inc., you can expect our craftsmen to manage every detail of your project. We will protect unpainted surfaces such as interior furnishings, wood floors, carpet or sidewalks, flowerbeds, decks etc. Painted surfaces are properly prepared so that the applied coating (paint, stain or clear coat) has maximum adhesion.
Approval & Sign Off
At the end of the project the Foreman assigned to your project will do a walk around with you and if any deficiencies are found, they will be corrected at that time.
